Shipping Policy

At Selhurst Supply, we’re committed to creating SE25 style that's fun and sustainable. To reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact, all of our products are made to order. This means your item is crafted especially for you once your order is placed — helping us avoid overproduction and keep our carbon footprint low.

Because of this process, shipping can take up to 10 days from the time your order is placed. However, most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by tracking details once your item has been shipped.

Refunds

All our clothing is made to order. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind after placing an order.

Please ensure you check your order details, size charts, and customisation options carefully before completing your purchase.

Even though items are made-to-order, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if your item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Provide a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs of the item.

Returns Process

  • If your item is eligible for a refund or replacement due to a fault, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Items should be returned in their original condition where possible.

Refunds & Return Costs

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of a fault.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns to ensure safe arrival.
